4.2 您通过倚码平台创建的内容（包括但不限于代码、数据、文档等），其知识产权归您所有。但您授予倚码一项非排他性、全球性的许可，允许我们在提供和改进服务所必需的范围内使用该内容。
4.3 未经倚码事先书面同意，您不得以任何方式复制、传播、展示或使用倚码的知识产权。
5.1 倚码的部分服务为付费服务，具体收费标准以平台公示为准。
5.2 您在购买付费服务时，应按照平台提示完成支付。支付完成后，除法律法规另有规定或双方另有约定外，已支付的费用不予退还。
5.3 我们保留调整服务价格的权利。价格调整将提前通知您，调整前已购买的服务不受影响。
5.4 如因您的原因导致欠费，我们有权暂停或终止向您提供付费服务。
6.1 您在使用服务过程中上传、输入或生成的数据归您所有。我们将按照《隐私权政策》的规定处理和保护您的数据。
6.2 为了提供和改进服务，我们可能会对您的数据进行脱敏后的统计分析。此类分析不会识别到具体个人。

在适用法律允许的范围内，倚码对您因使用本服务产生的任何索赔的总赔偿额不超过您在索赔事由发生前十二（12）个月内向倚码支付的服务费用总额。
我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。修改后的条款将在倚码平台上公布，并自公布之日起生效。对于重大修改，我们将通过合理方式通知您。如果您在条款修改后继续使用我们的服务，即表示您同意修改后的条款。
11.1 本条款的订立、效力、解释、执行及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则）。
11.2 因本条款引起的或与本条款有关的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决。协商不成的，任何一方均有权向武汉隐向量科技有限公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

5.2 When purchasing paid services, you shall complete payment as prompted by the platform. Once payment is completed, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed by both parties.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HorseCoder's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total service fees you paid to HorseCoder in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be published on the HorseCoder platform and take effect upon publication. For material changes, we will notify you through reasonable means. If you continue to use our services after the Terms are modified, you are deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.
11.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules).
11.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People's Court at the location of Wuhan Latent Vector Technology Co., Ltd.
